Delivery, Pickup and Counter Sales

In Genu, table service and table-free sales run on the same cashier screen. Pickup, delivery and counter orders open without choosing a table; delivery checks are tracked by the day's sequence number and the kitchen ticket prints at the right station. You can set separate prices for table, pickup, delivery and counter on the same item, and apply a packaging fee and percentage discount to delivery orders. Delivery orders store the customer's name, phone and address; a location the customer sends over WhatsApp opens on a map at the cashier. Counter sales are collected in one tap with the Cash and Card buttons. Orders in preparation and ready orders are shown by order code, with no personal data, on the order-ready TV screen in the venue. Pickup, delivery and counter sales also continue when the internet drops.
