Reservation Book

Genu's reservation book lives inside the cashier screen. A reservation taken by phone or at the door is logged with table, time, party size and guest name; upcoming reservations appear in one list and the reservation shows on the free table's card. When the guest arrives the reservation is marked seated, and marked no-show if they don't; cancelled reservations drop off the list. A reservation entered during an internet outage is not lost and is sent automatically once the connection is back. The guest's personal data is kept only for the reservation and deleted automatically when the retention period ends.
