Customer Book — Addresses and Order History
The customer book shows the same list at the till, in the manager panel and in the app. You search a customer by name or the first digits of a phone number; one customer can hold several phones and addresses, an address can carry a map link, and order history and total spend show on the card. When you open a delivery or pickup order and pick the customer, name, phone and address fill in by themselves. The list merges two sources: records the venue created itself and customers who order from the menu (signed in with WhatsApp). A menu customer's name and phone are visible only if they gave the 'let the venue recognise me' consent; otherwise you see 'Customer #xxxx' and a masked phone. No data from any other venue enters this list. The till's customer book comes with the till screen in the Pro plan; the Customers page in the app panel is open from Basic.
