- Which old providers are covered?
- All QR menu, digital menu, tab, and mobile POS software providers are covered. There is no brand restriction; the only requirements are an annual payment of 10,000 TRY or more and an active subscription.
- Am I excluded if my payment is below 10,000 TRY?
- The annual 10,000 TRY threshold applies to this specific transfer campaign. For lower-value subscriptions, please get in touch at bilgi@genu.tr — we may offer alternative migration paths.
- How many bonus months will be added?
- The remaining usage on your old system (in full months, rounded up) is added to your Genu annual plan. The campaign caps the bonus at 9 months — even if you have more left on the old system, the bonus is limited to 9 months. Example: 4 months left turns a 12-month plan into 16; 11 months left turns it into 21 (12+9).
- Do bonus months apply if I pick the monthly plan?
- All Genu plans (Basic, Premium, Pro, Enterprise) are billed annually; there is no monthly plan. Bonus months are added to the annual plan you choose.
- Where should I send my invoice?
- You can email the e-invoice PDF or your payment statement to bilgi@genu.tr. Typical approval time is 1 business day. Once approved, your bonus months are added to your account.
