Which plan includes tabs and the POS?
Tabs, the POS screen, the kitchen display, bill tracking, thermal printer integration and takeaway/pickup start in the Pro plan; Enterprise includes all of them. Basic and Premium cover the QR menu and table ordering, while bill tracking stays in your existing POS.

Which plan includes the end-of-day (Z) report?
The end-of-day (Z) report is part of the POS screen and is in the Pro and Enterprise plans. It is generated from POS and tab data and emailed at the time you set to the venue owner and the accountant; it does not replace the fiscal Z report of a fiscal cash register (ÖKC).

Stock and recipe (gram quantities) management, product cost and margin, expenses, supplier accounts and customer accounts (on credit) start in the Premium plan. Pro and Enterprise include everything in Premium, so these are in them too; Basic does not have them. Financial analytics and shifts/timesheets also start in Premium.

I have several branches. Which plan should I choose?
Multi-branch is in the Enterprise plan. Two or three branches are bought from the panel; the annual price per branch is the Pro annual price listed on that day, multiplied by the number of branches. For four or more branches we prepare a custom quote. The HQ screen, the assistant for all branches and the brand menu are in this plan.

Yes. After signup you try Genu free for 30 days, and no credit card is required. At the end of the 30 days you can subscribe or walk away.
Do prices include VAT, and is there any commission or setup fee?
Prices are annual prices including VAT. There is no order commission and no setup fee; setup is done remotely, usually within the same day.
Can I get a refund if I cancel the annual plan?
Plans are paid annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period and usage continues until then; no full or partial refund is made for the remaining time. Consumers' mandatory statutory rights are reserved. Details are in the Delivery & Refunds Policy.
