Live Order Tracking
After ordering, the customer sees the order status update in real time on the menu page: Sent to Kitchen, Kitchen Preparing, Ready/On the Way, and after service, a full-screen 'Enjoy Your Meal' celebration. Each stage has its own icon animation, title, and subtitle; visible progress means the customer never wonders if their order was forgotten. The flow completes when the waiter marks 'served to table'. An order placed from the table does not go straight to the kitchen: every order first lands in a 'waiting for waiter approval' state and the waiter's phone gets a notification at once (again after 30 seconds if it is still waiting). Until a waiter or a manager approves it, the order is written neither to the kitchen screen or printer nor to the check; a wrong or prank order is rejected with one tap. A waiter with assigned areas can approve orders only for tables in their own areas, and every approval and rejection is recorded with who did it. If the open check at a table is older than 10 minutes and an order or shared cart exists, a new person scanning the QR is not added to the table automatically: approval is asked from the people at the table and, if there is no reply within 60 seconds, from the waiter. When a table's QR is renewed, the old QR stops working.

Frequently asked questions
Can an order reach the kitchen without waiter approval?
No. Every order from the QR menu first lands as 'waiting for waiter approval'; once a waiter or manager approves it, it goes to the kitchen screen and printer and is written to the check.
What do I do with a wrong or prank order?
Reject it with one tap. A rejected order is never written to the kitchen or the check; approvals and rejections are recorded with who did them.
Can any waiter approve any table's order?
A waiter with assigned areas can approve orders only for tables in their own areas; a manager approves for all tables.
Can everyone at the table add orders from their own phone?
Yes. The table has a shared cart; what everyone adds shows on the others' screens and the order is sent in one go.
Can an outsider scan the QR and order for a table?
Not if the open check is older than 10 minutes: the new person is not added automatically, and approval is asked from the people at the table, or from the waiter if there is no reply in 60 seconds. When the table's QR is renewed the old QR stops working.
Does the guest see the status of the order?
Yes. Sent to kitchen, preparing and ready update live on the guest's screen.
