What changed, and when.

Keep your customers in the same book at the POS, in the manager panel and on app.genu.tr: multiple phone numbers and addresses, location, delivery on someone else's behalf, order history with timings, and total spend. Remote-order restrictions and the no-show counter are managed in one place.

The till starts the day with an opening amount; the cash that should be in the drawer is visible all day with a single tap. Opening, cash in and cash out appear in the end-of-day report, the Z receipt and the email with the same calculation.

When the internet drops, every action taken at the POS is saved to the device, shows on screen instantly and is processed to the cloud in order once the connection returns: putting tabs on hold, tab notes, order rejection, undoing a close, customer accounts, expenses and end of day included.

Genu Desktop keeps a copy of the POS screen on the computer. Even if the page is refreshed or the app is closed and reopened without internet, the POS screen comes up; open tabs, orders and receipts keep working during the outage.
