Multi-Branch and Restaurant Chain Management

Multi-branch management is Genu's Enterprise layer that brings the branches of chains and franchises together under one organisation. Each branch runs its own till, kitchen, staff and end-of-day report, and at organisation level the branches are compared side by side. With the brand menu, the menu is prepared once at brand level and the branches publish it, so item or price changes don't have to be entered branch by branch. The viewer role lets partners or accounting see reports without changing anything. A branch manager runs only their own branch, while the organisation admin sees them all. On the Enterprise plan, 2-3 branches are purchased from the panel (price: Pro plan × number of branches); a custom quote is given for 4 or more branches. Priority support and remote onboarding help are included. It suits chains, franchises and groups running several concepts under one company.
